Apptitude
You are given a total of 22 points to use on the categories below. For every number you pick for the categories (see the scales) You subtract that amount from the overall 22. You do no have to spend all 22 points. Mages and Demons are allowed 27 because of the extra fields they have. An Example is at the bottom on the page and covers the KoT Character, Celcius. Because Celcius is a Demigod, she will be classified as a Mage due to her magical abilities. Note: These are not hard numbers. I use these and consider your personality and other aspects of your character to determine the actual base stats because I don't expect you all to know the actual scales for them. These also determine your EXP Rank. If you reach the Max amount of spendable points, you get the slowest ranking which is E. If you only use 21 (26 for Mages), you get Rank D. If you use 20 (25), you get C. If you use 19 (24), then you get B. If you use 18 (23) or less, then you get A Ranking which is the fastest.

Strength - Controls physical attack power and what you're capable of lifting in Free Roam.
Speed - Controls when and how often you get to act in battle and how fast you are in Free Roam.
Agility - Controls your ability to maneuver and dodge and your coordination in Free Roam.
Intelligence - Controls how effective non-damage skills and magics are and how intelligent or wise you are in Free Roam.
Dexterity - Controls The power and accuracy of ranged attacks and hand-eye coordination in Free Roam.
Durability - Controls how much damage you take in battle.
Health Points - Controls your amount of HP in Battle.

Mages and Demons Only

Potential - Controls how much energy you can afford to spend on magic and demonic powers.
Energy Projection - Controls the power of your magic or demonic powers.

Below are Spoiler Tags, Explaining the Scales.

Spell Books

Spell Books are basically a place to store all of the spells you learn/make. The books hold your elements. Yeah we use elements here but we use more than the stereotypical Water, Fire, Earth, and Air thing. There's also Sound, Light, Dark, Metal, Mind, Forest, and Lightning (Which is off limits). Basically, for Spell Book, just pick one...that isn't Lighting.

Weakness

This one's really up to you. You have to have at least two. They can be personal fears, physical inabilities, personality traits, anything that can be used against your character. But please don't make it something stupid that will interfere with our ability to move the RP along such as a "fear of people". The GM's and myself do have the ability to tell you when a weakness of otherwise field of the application is a bit much.

Pictures
Yes, you must use a picture only because I do not like having to try and picture people in my head through description unless it's a description you give to a cop to identify a criminal. Seeing as no one is that descriptive. Use a picture, preferably one of an anime or manga character (more preferably one that isn't incredibly famous, though I will understand if it cannot be helped). Note: You may look into the gallery to see about a picture that may work effectively with the RP's main scheme.

Here Is A List Of Weapons Approved So Far

Dual Spinners
Dual Spinners are folding twin blades on a rotary plate. After being opened (When Opened, they look like they do in the picture), the user can make the blades spin at a fast pace by slinging their wrists several times. Many users have mastered use of this weapon to such a degree that they are capable of using it in elegant dance-like fighting styles rather than simple and violent revolving of the wrists.

Long Swords
The most standard and well known weapon in any universe, The long sword is simple yet lethal. Be weary. Long swords are better for seasoned swordsmen. They include medieval blades, Katana, etc.

Short Swords
Another form of blade, more practical and accessible. This is the ideal blade for a novice. However, make no mistake, in the hands of a seasoned sword fighter, even these can be brutally lethal.

Polearms
These tend to include spears, maces, etc. Anything that is a long pole with a sharp or otherwise dangerous mechanism at the end.

Shields
If you've seen Captain America in action, then you know how handy a shield can actually be. Throw then, strike opponents with them, hide blades on the underside to surprise your adversaries, shields are a useful weapon.

Daggers
Daggers are weapons used for extremely close combat and tend to be used by masters of agility. They can also be thrown from a distance. They usually also include weapons such as Sai and Knives.

Bow and Arrows
A marksman's best friend, bows and arrows are most commonly seen used by elves. They are also commonly used by the elite guard of any royal defense force. Though very simple a weapon, the arrows may have a number of modifications such as being set on fire or having poison tips.

Staffs
Staffs aren't weapons exactly. They are a medium which allows Mages to further channel their abilities. (Mages with Staffs get to add 10% to any Dmg done with spells)

Buster Knuckle
If you've seen Aqua and Azure in action within Soul Wake, then you know just what a Buster Knuckle is. Buster Knuckles are iron gauntlets that reinforce punches.

Whips
What can one say? A Whip is an effective way to keep one's enemies in order.

Melee Magic Weapons
Kingdom of Treason is rather lenient when it comes to magic weapons. These are weapons made up of harnessed Mana in the form of any other weapon. In this particular RP, that is their basic function which is lucky because this means they can be elementalized. This is also true for Kingdom of Penance since it is a direct follow up. However, in later Kingdoms games, Melee Magic Weapons become Ego Magic weapons, Ego being their element (both a good and bad thing depending on your stats).

(Note: Any Weapon That COMES With An Element CANNOT Be Magically Elementalized with Magic)

Class and Class Societies

Humans
Humans are the most populous species on the planet. They are also the most privileged species. In the Western Region they live mostly in large kingdoms and have learned a great deal about magic from the elves. They've a grand alliance with the elves as well. Each Kingdom has a King and Queen which rule with the aid of Parliament. As such, the two branches check one another to provide balance. The King and Queen's eldest young take the throne usually upon their 21st birthday. Each Kingdom is firmly allied with one another as well, through the CWR (Council of the Western Region) to prevent war. This system is slightly different in the Southern and Northern Regions. In the South and North, there is a lack of Parliament and a Judiciary System. These regions run on absolutism. The Eastern Region is entirely different. It is composed of many cities with very few small establishments and is far more industrial. Though they know very well that the Goddesses exist, they don't follow the codes of honor and peace that the goddesses forged many years ago, at least not very closely. The region is divided into various territories and each territory "owns" the cities that are in its boundaries. Because these territories act independently from one another, they develop their own rules and alliances with one another as well as the Northern and Southern regions which are also divided into territories ruled by the primary kingdoms in them. It is the fighting between territories in the East that brought about the Regional War where the territories in the North and South came to the aid of their ally territories in the East.

Elves
The government systems of the elves are entirely different. Generally, the Elves have two and only two rulers. There is Gwendolyn, their High Mistress and Balder, their high Chancellor. Elves are the most advanced users of magic in all four regions. It was they who taught The Humans, in fact. Gwendolyn is their soul and Balder is their mind. Gwendolyn acts more as a queen and thus consults an Elf Council on important decisions. Her wisdom and better judgement as well as her more forgiving tendencies have made her popular among her people. She is only the second High Mistress as she is immortal. A High Mistress's position is only passed on if the acting High Mistress resigns or is killed. Gwendolyn took the position upon the previous High Mistress's death at the hands of the fabled Lightning Marauders. She is currently training successors. The High Mistress need not consult with the Elf Council, it was merely an idea which she had so that she might consider the opinions of her people and hear out the problems her people are currently having so that she may take the best courses of action. She only makes drafts to elf law once a year so the council is held once a month so that she is as up to date as she will become by that time. She is the one with the power to create laws. Balder is the judge and jury. He enforces the laws and hears out the cases of those who have been accused of defying them. He is also capable of reviewing the laws that Gwendolyn passes and suggesting modifications or better versions of them. The elves are not war-like as the humans are and only get involved in war if there is absolutely no other option. War may only be declared if Gwendolyn and Balder agree on it. Gwen and Balder have an extraordinary alliance with the humans and otherwise of the Western Region. In fact, they even regularly attend the CWR. However, they are barely involved with the Eastern, Northern, or Southern Humans. Many elf separatists live in the Eastern and Northern Regions. These elves want nothing to do with the primary elf rule, most believing the system is corrupt, or that Gwendolyn is not competent enough to bear the title that she does.

Neko
The Neko are animal people and close friends of the elves though humans have varying opinions of them. Mix of animal and human, the Neko are highly resourceful. They live in small villages in whatever habitat may suit their animal half. For the most part, Neko are independent. However, they do tend to abide by the laws of wherever they live if not a Neko village. Every Neko Village has a chief and a council of elders though there is no supreme upper power. The Neko get their laws and guidelines from a document signed centuries ago by the first elders which was modeled after the Tomes of the Goddesses. Neko are noted to be the strongest worshipers of the goddesses. Neko are peaceful for the most part and will not get involved in war unless need be.

Demons
No there is no such thing here as a "Good Demon". The closest you will get is the non-evil but certainly mischievous little NPC Demon, Melony. Moving on, Demons are the souls of the damned, brought back into the land of the living. They are incapable of magic but possess demonic abilities. Demons apparently all do the bidding of one being who calls himself The Demon Lord.

Dwarfs
The Dwarfs are primarily located in the Eastern Region and mountainous areas of the West. They tend to isolate themselves, often living in vast caverns among one another but away from humans, elves, etc. Their homes tend to be governed by one chief of their town who enforces the Tomes of the Goddesses.

Orcs
Orcs are the bullies of the world. They have no system of government and very few laws. They are brutes who live in groups to intimidate anyone who draws near their territory. It is often thought that their lack of government is because of their lack of intelligence.

Trolls
Trolls may be large and brutish but unlike their cousins, the Orcs, trolls are rather intelligent, inventing large war machines and developing genius strategies. Trolls are very well only located in the East aside from the Fort B'jarr on the edge of the Western Region where the Trolls' king, Grond, is located. Grond is a brilliant military strategist and is brutally strong as well as relentless and intelligent. He commands his subjects with an iron fist. The Council of the Western Region only overlooks his presence because they fear he may attempt a war with them as well if they were to kick him out of the West.

Dracs
Where Neko are half animal, Dracs are half dragon. They tend to live alone and follow their own rules. As such, they are also looked upon as savages by most. They live wherever their wings may take them. Most find themselves in the Southern Region.

Botanima
Also known as the Plant-People, Botanima tend to live alone in forests but follow the Tomes of the Goddesses. Because they are part plant and part human, they feel that any attack on nature is a sin. They are notably close friends to the Neko. Many of them live in the Western Region.

Note: Orcs, Trolls, and Dracs Are Only Usable After A Certain Point In The Game. If You Wish To Use Any Of Them, It Is Advised That You Make More Than One Character

Jobs
If you choose none of the jobs below, then type "Other" into the field and specify. If your character is a demon, then type "None".

Freelance Mage - These are mages who travel the world. They take jobs fixing a town's problems for money. This is primarily a profession that is looked down upon due to the lifestyle of a freelance mage being less than completely admirable. However, it is often said that Freelance mages are among the best mages in the world. This is primarily a human profession.

Town Mage - Town Mages are the more regal aspect of mage professions. They are appointed by the royal family of the kingdom and are sought out for any issues in magic or issues that require magic to fix. They must stay in their kingdom until they quit, retire, etc. They are very knowledgeable in the planes of magic. This profession is common in elves and humans...mostly elves.

Knight - To be a Knight in any kingdom is an honor. It also means you've undying faith in your kingdom. Knights are being deployed all over the regions to battle in the wars. This profession is common among humans and rare in elves.

Priest - Priests run the Citadels in each Kingdom and are in charge of guarding the alters through which the goddesses may come down to the mortal world. Priests specialize in knowledge of the goddess of the kingdom they reside in. This profession is common among humans and elves.

Blacksmith - A profession most common in Dwarfs, a blacksmith is a creator. They create weapons, shields, etc with incredible craftsmanship.

Bounty Hunter - This profession is most common in humans and Neko. Bounty hunters are similar in essence to Freelance Mages. The difference is that they are also thrill seekers. They hunt individuals and bring them back dead or alive. Some have rules they follow, most don't. Most also charge quite a bit.

Thief - This profession is most common to humans, Neko, and Dracs. These individuals have to steal to survive. They may live in less fortunate parts of a kingdom or in the wilderness and steal from travelers.

(Insert)-in-Training - You are in training as it pertains to your profession.

Teacher - This Profession is most common in Humans, Elves, Dwarfs, and Neko. Instructors teach the young generation how the lessons that will allow them to succeed in life.

Adventurer - This is the most common profession for all because it isn't a profession. An Adventurer simply travels the world, occasionally doing odd-jobs and so on to pay their way through life.

Marksman - This professions is most common to elves. Marksmen can be anything from elite marksmen in the armies of kingdoms to entertainers out to impress for money.

Farmer - This profession is most common in Humans, Elves, and to a lesser extent, Orcs. These are the farmers of the world who provide livestock and so on. In other words, ingredients for fresh food.

Merchant - This profession is most common among humans and Neko. These people buy good or produce them themselves then sell them in towns. They often have interesting selections.

Doctor/Nurse - This profession is most common in Elves and Botanima. These are the healers of the world and the best ones at that. Many doctors travel around the world to towns and heal anyone who needs for a price.

Inventor - Inventors are the scientific ones. What can't be done with magic, they do with technology. Many of them sell their inventions. In the Eastern and Northern regions these are more common professions. They aren't looked down upon necessarily. However, they aren't glorified either because of the strong focuses on magic. In the highly industrial east, it is a profession commonly put up on a pedestal. This profession is most common in Humans, Elves, and Trolls.

If you wish to be part of any of the two main royal families (Soleste and Losylvania), you must first ask me.
