Ufaria, Kingdom of the Forest

Ufaria is a beautiful safe haven. The trees all around this glorious kingdom built like a village are the ultimate view. It is peaceful and pleasant and flowers bloom and the grass is as green as can be.


Paladina steps out from the Royal Gates and wanders into town, sword and her side, shield on her back. She kindly greets several of the young children who run up to her affectionately.

Alina puts on her dres., "Crap, can't...tie...back..." Alina mutters out as she tries to reach behind her to tie the back of her dress. Nana decides to help out the girl and ties the back of her dress for her. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." She says repeatedly as she kisses the top of Nana's head as she goes to put her make up on.

Arina glances away from her conversation with Kim and sees the boys in the doorway. "Wow," she says to herself.

"Yes, I suppose he does look rather nice today," Kim says.

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

"Lucas."

"Eh...What'reyoutalkingabout?Noway!He'sjustsomewannabeknight!Iwasn'tlookingathimIwaslookingateveryone!"

"...If you say so..."


Cane looks around. "So, this is it, huh?" He says to Hura.

Hura nods. "I assume so." She says swiftly

Alina finishes doing her hair, (it's in the style of her picture) and gives a little twirl in her white ball gown. "Alright little thing," she says while picking up Nana, "let's go." After that, the two head down the hallway to the ballroom.

"There she is," Lei says as she sees Alina round the corner. Lucas and Lance both turn around and are suddenly wide eyed.

"Whoa," Lucas says.

"Indeed," Lance adds.

Hura closes her eyes and golds the bridge of her nose. Simply listening.

Alina smiles as she sees the others. When she approaches the group she links her's and Lucas's arms together, her smile never wavering, and says, "Alright, let's get this show on the road!"

Meanwhile inside, Arina crushes her glass in her hand when seeing them all enter. "Are you sure you-"

"Shut up, Kim," Arina interrupts.

"All right," Kim says.

Cane locks his arm with Hura and takes her into the ball room. "There now, that wasn't so bad, was it?"

Hura smiles. "Not at all." She says

"Oh, it's so beautiful!" Alina exclaims, in the girly-ish anyone has ever heard her speak in. The candle late twinkles in her eyes as she and Lucas descend the stairs.

"Hey," Lucas says. "You look amazing," he says, growing less audible with each word.

Pyra and Lei watch as everyone dances with their own significant other, Pyra leaning over the banister and Lei standing upright with her hands folded over one another. "It's beautiful," Pyra says.

"Thank you," Lei responds. She then goes up the next flight of stairs to the balcony which overlooks the entire room.

Cane and Hura both stop at the edge of the dance floor. Cane awkwardly coughs.

Hura sits down, not wanting to dance, She always stood to the side even at Loslyvanian Balls

"Why, thank you, kind sir." Alina says, her blush hidden under makeup. As the pair reach the floor, the music starts to pick up, "Oh! Let's go dance!" She says, dragging Lucas to the dance floor.

Aria awkwardly peek around the corner, still nervous about the whole ordeal. She takes a deep breath, comes around the corner, and slowly descends the stairs, trying to keep her composure as she glances around the room.

"Excuse me, everyone," Lei says from the balcony.

Hura looks up to the Balcony

Alina looks up, not noticing she's still holding Lucas's hand.

Aria looks up to Lei upon reaching the bottom of the stairs.

"My mother and father couldn't be here tonight...but I'm sure they'd want all of you to have a terrific time. So without further ado, welcome to the annual Ufarian Summer Ball," Lei says with a warm smile.

Lucas looks around nervously. "Uh, Ali, I'm a knight, I never really prided myself in my dancing."

Cane sat down next to Hura. "So we're the only smart ones here it seems."

Hura chuckled dryly. "It would appear so." She says, leaning back in her chair

Alina looks distracted for a moment before answering Lucas. "Oh, don't worry about it. After all, you're dancing with a princess." She says playfully as she places his hand on her hip, her hand on his shoulder and they start dancing. 'I hope Lei's doing well...' She thinks to herself.

Aria glances around the room for a moment, then goes to sit down on the sidelines with a sigh, "It was probably a mistake for me to come...."

Pyra remains leaning on the banister. "You did a good thing, Lei, for someone who doesn't care about their home," she say sto Lei as she comes back down from the balcony.

"I do care, Pyra. And don't you bring this up again...I just want to show my love for my home in a different way," Lei says, walking away.

Lucas ventures a dance with Alina. Meanwhile, Cane looks over to Hura. "You know I meant it, right? Ya really look good."

Hura smiles and blushes lightly looking away, ruffling her hair for the 2nd time already."As do you." She says, secretly hoping nobody would interrupt them.

As the pair continue dancing, Alina notices Lei and stops dancing. "Hey, I'll be right back alright? I just gotta make sure Lei's alright."
